About Muz Paris Tours

Saba Loukam was born in the Greater Paris area where she lives. She was raised there and studied at the Sorbonne university where she got her PhD in American literature and a diploma in Oriental studies. After living in Los Angeles and teaching French in East London, she came back to Paris to teach in secondary schools, and then at the university of Paris (Panthéon Assas). Proposing a Muslim tour of Paris came during her travels in different parts of the world, where the Muslims she met then expressed their wish to know more about Paris but also about its halal food spots and Muslim heritage. As a keen student of Muslim and French history, she decided to embark on the adventure.
