MUZ PARIS TOURS: Refund policy
1. Clients are eligible for a refund, in case of emergency or « force majeur » , if Muz Paris Tour cancels its tour(s).
2. Muz Paris Tours has a policy of NO REFUNDS for cancellations done less than 24 hours before the tour or tour no shows.
MUZ PARIS TOURS: GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. In these terms and conditions the term ‘force majeure’ is understood to mean: all external conditions, causes, foreseen or not foreseen, over which Muz Paris Tours has no control, rendering it impossible for Muz Paris Tours (which will be refered to as MPT) to fulfill its obligations, including strikes, protests, inclement weather or natural disasters.
B. MPT shall have the right to invoke “force majeure” should situations arise making it impossible for Muz Paris Tours to fulfill its obligations.
C. In case of a “force majeure”, Muz Paris Tours’ obligations shall be dissolved, without obligation to pay compensation to guests.
D. MPT retains the right to change advertised tour routes in the event weather conditions and/or the obstruction of public transit render this necessary.
E. MPT has the right to offer guests an alternate form of transportation (ie. bus, metro, tram, van, taxi, Uber), if standard transport is unavailable as a result of a ‘force majeure’
F. When prolonging tour or deviating from agreed upon itinerary at the client’s request, any additional costs shall be the client’s responsibility.
G. Except when otherwise agreed upon, payment for Muz Paris Tours must be made in full, in advance using PayPal or Stripe. Private tours or special group tours can be paid by banking transfer.
H. MPT has a ‘no cancellation policy’, except when the cancellation happens more than 24 hours before the tour.
I. When booking with Muz Paris Tours it shall be understood that clients will have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
